Warehouse theme how to do horizontal menu in header

Hey guys, I hope you guys are all well.

I want to be able to do a horizontal menu like how the preview in the warehouse theme was displayed.

I have attached two photos with what my menu looks like in comparison to the warehouse one.

Is there a code I have to do because I can’t find any details on what to do and I can’t seem to search it online unless I’m doing something wrong!

My header looks really big and plain so I would like to add the menu horizontally

You can go to Header part on customize theme, Then find this option look like image bellow, and then change the option at here.
