Is anyone else sick of the unwanted solicitors claiming to work as Shopify experts? Also Shopify solve experts going around emailing threats about our store functions or not paying for themes. How are these cons getting our emails?

They are spam emails. Shopify only sends emails with the shopify.com domain.

I’ve been getting those sketchy “Shopify experts” hitting my inbox too, and it’s beyond annoying. Any email from a Gmail account claiming to be Shopify support (like shopifysolvehelp@gmail.com) is almost certainly a scam.
They’re harvesting addresses in a few ways. Sometimes from public order confirmations, forum posts, or even data breaches and then blasting out phishing messages.
