Has anyone had this customer? She supposedly lives in Westport Connecticut. Pilates has social media and scams small business Shopify stores. Shopify doesnt care. She buys a product after. She receives it she charge backs even though it was delivered trying to get products free.

Even though our policies state clearly that not responsible. She doesn’t try and prove lies. I hate customers like this. Thief

Hey there @gfcgroup So sorry for this unkind experience you’re currently being put through. Have you gotten in direct contact with Shopify support yet? If you haven’t, then you should do that and if you have, you should maybe report the issue again directly to a verified Shopify rep on this platform when you come across one.

Thank you for sharing this so hopefully atleast one less person would fall victim to this scheme.

We had shop protect but they don’t care.

They double dib won’t give us the bank proof evidence or case number. Bank says no clue. Seems weird. It also ruins our 5 star retail ratings and vendor spots on these false charge backs. Read on here some stores like huge items $ even face to face customer walks out etc… even hard evidence. It’s like devil’s work. Plus this lady did this to a military disabled store business
