I’m going to start this by saying, this banking platform and all of its partners are criminal, we have all heard the horror stories of paypal & stripe holding business owners money. However I’ve never seen anything so criminal as what is going on with shopify’s platform.
I’ve been trying to get this problem resolved for weeks now, and it’s starting to have genuine effects on my life via my credit score and missed payments. Since Shopify have silently frozen my account the ability to pay off my credit card on shopify has been made impossible. I have an overdue payment now, despite trying multiple manual payments and an automatic payment that all failed. There are adequate funds in the account and I did nothing to deserve this freeze, I was also not told about the freeze or the implications it would have. Payments can not go in our out of the balance account, i’ve talked to shopify, stripe and you guys and all that has happened is i’ve been put off and pushed to someone else to find help.

All who have completely put off my issue or ignored me.
There must be something someone can do, i will constantly spam support inboxes and call phone numbers until my problem is resolved.
This doesn’t even touch on the issue with Shop Pay, I have received an email informing me that shop pay privileges would be taken away which I didn’t really care or mind, then a few days later I receive an email saying that my shop pay privileges would be reactivated. Then a few days after that I received an email telling me to disregard the previous email. Something clearly fishy is going on,
Really hoping something can be done about my situation.
