I received an email from this person who appeared genuine and asked me about issues related to his shipment. Then, I asked for his WhatsApp to discuss privately. During our conversation, he showed me his earnings. When I inquired about how he found my store, he mentioned that he was directed there by Shopify support. I’m wondering, is it feasible for Shopify support to direct someone to my store?
