We Created a Collection Yet Another Collection Appears on Our Store.Why is This the Case?

We created a Collection called All Products yet a collection called simply Products appears.

When we preview the collection fromthe admin panel it reads All Products yet the live store has a collection named just Products. Why the Discrepancy?

This is not the same collection so our sales will not be properly reported.
