Cart’s “Calculate shipping” shows “We do not ship to this destination” despite shipping being offered.
Original case: Merchant uses manual rates (flat fee, free over threshold). A fleeting backend warning says “No locations fulfill online orders.” They’ve added ship-from info on products. Guidance given: ensure at least one location is set as “Available for shipping” and the location setting “Fulfill online orders from this location” is enabled.
Related case: After upgrading to the new checkout and adding an AusPost (APM) “Express Post C5 envelope” option, shipping to WA 6023 began returning the same error. Basic troubleshooting (relogin, different browser/computer) didn’t help; an AVG alert about “gmzdaily” was noted but likely unrelated. Support advised contacting the AusPost/APM app developer; the user appears to have already done so via a linked thread.
Status and next steps: No confirmed resolution in-thread. Action items are to verify location fulfillment/shipping availability settings, and for the AusPost scenario, work with the app developer to fix rate calculations. Discussion remains open.
