We have a discount code that is periodically clearing our list of specific products.

When you make a discount there is a section called “APPLIES TO” you can choose from “Specific collections” or “Specific products” we are using the “Specific products” radio button then adding our products to the list. every month since the promo started the list clears automatically and we don’t know why and our customers have to reach out to tell us that it isn’t working. Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone have a solution? This is NOT ideal.
