We include shipping fees in the retail cost of our products and state “FREE Shipping” in our product descriptions. We asked Shopify how to remove “Taxes and Shipping will be calculated at the next step” from our carts and got perhaps the worst product support we’ve ever experienced for such a simple request. Not only was the offshore Shopify support unable to help with our basic request, but the manager also suggested we go hire a programmer to resolve the issue without a document to give our programmer! Not only that but our cart continues to add a shipping cost to our products.
