Hi Experts,
Seeking your opinion and solution for a particular issue we are facing in Shopify shipping:
Problem
- I want to use my residence address for picking up the order through Shopify default provider Sendle. Since they generally pick up early in the morning. Leaving fulfilled parcel at my residence doorstep is most convenient for me for the pickup
- But in the shipping label and Sendle tracking I don’t want my residence address to be displayed
I have tried the following:
- Change the Shopify Store address in the “Settings” – “General” section – Did not solve
- Changed the Inventory location – but still see my residence address
- After trying the above options and reading some other forums post I felt that the “Shipping From” address is coming from “Shipping Delivery à Manage Rates à Shipping Form”
Questions:
- How do I change this in “Manage Rates” Section? But the actual pick-up address to remain same?
- What are the options, workaround solutions available to achieve this?
