This is the message i am getting whenever i try to transfer my shopify balance to my bank account. I deactivated my store after shopify de-hosted it. My money is being held hostage from me and the support has been very unhelpful i dont know what to do. Its a sizeable amount of money thats being held from me!

me too, and the lock card icon is showing that Its not actually locked from my side, its something to do with the system, so annoying. They just refer us to the help.shopify.com which provides no actual advice.

I am having the same issue too, and of course NO HELP what so ever can be found, the number they give you does not work, they do not answer emails…
