So i just got an email from shopify saying that my webhooks require some updating before april 2022 while i just checked on my settings and i dont see any webhooks are available which is confusing. And if i dont update before april 2022 will it affect my store and how? i dont have any partner or anything i simply built the store by myself.

If you not create any webhooks then no need to worry .
I got the same emails and I’m in the same boat! My site is all done by me.
I don’t even know what a webhook is. LOL!! Guess I’ll go google that now…
Hey, so looks like a bunch of people have received this same email. I went ahead and called shopify and she looked at my store. She saw I do not have any webhooks (like you) therefore there is NO ACTION REQUIRED - good news! She did take a look internally and she mentioned they are investigating it further as to why merchants received this email. Hope this puts your mind to rest because I was freaking out!
