wir nutzen Shopify schon seit einigen Jahren und sind mit den Funktionen sehr zufrieden. Bislang verkaufen wir über unseren Shop Waren. Diese sollen nun um einen Punkt erweitert werden: geführte Touren.
Die (kostenpflichtigen) Touren durch unsere Produktion bieten wir bis dato über Regiondo an (meines Wissens arbeiten deren Programmierer nicht mit Shopify und andersrum). Am Ende des Tages erhalten wir immer mal wieder kritische Äußerungen, die unterm Strich bemängeln, dass sich Waren und Führungen nur gesondert buchen lassen (hiervon abgesehen, ist es für uns ebenfalls mit einem größeren Aufwand verbunden, Touren über Regiondo kalendarisch zu erfassen, da die App meiner Ansicht nach nicht ausgegoren ist).
Frage nun also: gibt es eine verlässliche App, die meinen Shopify-Webshop um ein Buchungstool ergänzt, sodass Kund*innen neben einem Produkt auch eine Führung durch die Produktion anhand eines Kalenders buchen/anfragen können?
Ich habe das Forum bereits durchsucht und bin in zwei ähnlichen Einträgen auf eins, zwei Hinweise gestoßen. Gerne möchte ich jedoch vermeiden, verschiedene Dienste zu testen/bezahlen, die dann nicht funktionieren. Ein klarer Fingerzeig in die Richtung einer passenden App (oder eben die Bestätigung, dass es innerhalb des Shopify-Universums kein entsprechendes Angebot gibt) würden mir sehr helfen.

We have been using Shopify for a few years now and are very satisfied with the functions. So far, we have been selling physical products via our shop. We now want to expand this to include guided tours.
To date, we have been offering (paid) tours of our production facilities via Regiondo (to my knowledge, their programmers do not work with Shopify and vice versa). At the end of the day, we receive critical comments from time to time, complaining about the fact that goods and guided tours can only be booked separately (apart from this, it also involves a lot of effort for us to calendar tours via Regiondo, as the app is not fully developed in my opinion).
Getting to the point: is there a reliable app that adds a booking tool to my Shopify webshop so that customers can add goods to their cart and - at the same time and with only one payment - can book/request a guided tour using a calendar?
I have already searched the forum and have come across one or two references in two similar topics. However, I would like to avoid testing/paying for different services that then don’t work. A clear hint in the direction of a suitable app (or just confirmation that there is no corresponding offer within the Shopify universe) would help me a lot.
