My customers were getting an error upon checkout that they would have to call our office in order to place an order. They were not allowed to enter any shipping information, but when you hit checkout that is when the error popped up. I contacted Shopify Support and they told me i had to update my websites theme, in which i did and it fixed the error i was having but all the coded sections of my website didn’t convert over to new theme. We no longer have the company that built our website. Shopify support told me to come here to see if there is anyone that can help restore the coded parts of our website.

Do you still have the backup of your old theme’s source code? If not, please try to contact the previous developer or consider hiring a new developer to get the best support.
