Dear Shopify Support,
I am experiencing an issue with the store’s website. It seems to be inaccessible in some countries, including Iraq. While I do not intend to sell directly in these regions, I would like the website to be accessible as we have local distributors in the region. I want to avoid having a broken link to my company website.
Users in these regions receive the following error when trying to access the site:
“This site cannot be reached,
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”
I have checked the list of unsupported countries and Iraq is not one of them. Users have tried different internet providers and they encounter the same issue. Sometimes, the website works.
I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
Also, it was open then it stopped, unreliable.
