Hey,
So I logged into my website and the site isn’t loading as it should. as a typing the domain into the search bar. It just says server can’t be found . I’m not entirely sure why.
Also, the home page says that my payout is on hold.
Can someone explain what’s going on?

So, for your domain situation, it sounds like your domain may not be correctly connected to your Shopify Store. Is this a new store that you have started? If you could, can you please go to 'settings > domains’ and check to see if you see any error messages there, or any other wording that may shed more light into any ongoing domain issues?
If you’ve opened a newer store, payout holds are relatively common. Our teams complete standard reviews of stores to ensure that all of the necessary documentation has been provided to us to verify information. You should see a red banner in your admin advising you of next steps to take related to your hold.
