It looks like our website is down but the shopify status says “All systems are operational”. Could you please advise on how we can correct this

To get a bit more insight into the issue, could you please share your store URL and a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing?
Earlier today, Shopify experienced technical issues where merchants had issues with the following: Shopify admin, online checkout, storefront and (POS) Point of Sale. Our developers have since resolved the issue and these sections should be working as expected. I’ve also checked our Shopify Status Page which shows no current platform issues. However, some issues affecting a small percentage of stores may not be reflected on our status page.
