Hi, i face this problem for weeks now

I Can’t really seem to find the right solution for my problem, I’ve been looking anywhere to solve this but I can’t, It’s frustrating my customers cant open the website even me. Please help

Hi @Nicccc

The message you see is usually telling that your website is not secured by SSL certificate. This time however it’s not the case as I can confirm that the certificate is valid. What you need to do is:

  1. Clear your Chrome browser cache: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/32050
  2. Enter your website by clicking this link: https://swisseid.shop (it will force your browser to use https protocol).

Your customers should see the website as usual, unless any of them was in the same situation as you are.
