I was contacted by a customer that the page was loading but the products were coming up to make a purchase.
I have tried different avenues to contact shopify with no success and now I have gone days with the website down and missing business.

I loaded the site up so can see that on the Shopify side things are working. I do see some JavaScript errors coming from your theme however and that’s the very likely cause of things not showing visually to you and the customers.
I only noticed things not showing on the home page however. Collection pages loaded imagery aok for me. Is that not the case for you? Post a screen capture or something so we have a sense for it.
If you’ve made code changes to your theme (or someone else has) it’s possible that’s caused a conflict or broken something. If you have a previous version in your store unpublished I would suggest previewing that and seeing if the problem persists. If it doesn’t it will confirm it’s due to whatever edit was done between then and now.
