If end user tries to visit my website without “www.” they are not being directed to my website. Any help fixing this issue would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Did you set up your DNS records correctly (also the CNAME for www), like described here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/add-a-domain/connecting-domains/connect-domain-manual

Hello and thank you for responding.
I clicked on my DNS records via GoDaddy and everything is set up correctly, using your link as a guide. I am still having the issue whereby when leaving out ‘www’ it is not redirecting to my site (www.markkatzphotography.com). Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

On my end, the redirection works. Try to empty your cache or try it on another device.
