Shopify store is running since last 3 years, but suddenly since last 2 day website and admin take 10-15 minutes to open it, It only in one type of network(Jio network) provider in India. can you please guide us how to solve it.

Even we are facing same issues, front end and back end is not loading. We are having 2 offices, jio connection is where the issue is. Overall shopify websites belonging to our competitors are also slow, when we speak to chat support shopify claims that everything is ok.

The technicians visited yesterday and identified data packet failures for admin.shopify.com . They have escalated the issue to the data center team, who have assured us it will be resolved within 24 hours.
