My website is not loading properly and taking too mush time. Some people also complain that the product picture is not clear I don’t know is it a temporary issue?

I’ve gone ahead and clicked into your website, this loaded just fine for me so the issue of the website not loading properly and taking too long to load may be a local issue on the customers side. Have you tried testing this for yourself also?
