Domain credibility: The double âyyâ in the domain name raises red flags, resembling scammer tactics. Suggestions include switching to .net, .shop, or using hyphens (Heavenly-Home.com).
Trust signals: Limited contact information (only Gmail email), minimal content beyond product listings, and lack of social proof undermine credibility.
Product presentation issues: Inconsistent image sizing (now fixed), blurry photos, repetitive product images, and imported product attributes (like irrelevant âcolorsâ) that donât make sense.
Content gaps: Homepage lacks FAQs, testimonials, lifestyle imagery showing products in real home settings, and clear value propositions.
Positive feedback:
The About Us page appears genuine and honest
Overall design, fonts, and minimal aesthetic are appropriate for the brand
Recent additions include FAQs and blog content
Recommended improvements:
Add main collection categories to the menu for easier navigation
Include first-order incentives (10% off, free shipping thresholds)
I am here to ask for a social check in on my store. With rounding near 700 views/sessions, I have not sold my first order. I would love some feedback and honesty with my site. Any advice or questions would be great. It would mean the world to myself to find these issues and address them from the community here.
I first must ask, would you buy anything from your store if you did not own it, and what would push you to do it, honestly?
And to continue, what trust signals do you see on site? And why would you not buy the same items from Walmart?
Btu in genreal disign is fine, images OK, font decent but the best part is your About us page. Looks honest and genuine. You should put part on homepage and product page as new sections. In general, a lot of true content is missing, besides products.
And like you said, âTrust isnât given, itâs earnedâ but I think you ahve a long way to earn it. First thing that gives me a red flag is the domain name with two âyyâ, I know it is super hard to find free .com domain that makes sence but that looks like pracctice that scammers do. Intentionally have extra letter in domin to look liek some real brand, with same products. I know that is not the case but just letting you know.
Next, contact information, just the trade name, and a âGmailâ email is not enough. You do have address also but on other page.
And one issue with a few products, so do check them up.
Those âcolorsâ from imported products do not make sense here.
One big thing to improve is the menu. Do add a few main collections, to better lead custoers, narrowing their search and interest.
There are a lot of good advice in community here, try to spend some time searching, for example, âno salesâ topics. General things that you can improve are there.
And good luck, I know it is not easy and you need to start from somewhere. It is solid base, but there is a lot more work.
there is font inconsistency here in the text â$100!â. please check that as shoppers will notice this as the first thing they land on your site, and itâs a bit odd.
i feel here, there can be a high-quality picture of your products. while itâs great and it highlights the personal story behind your brand, it did confuse me, and i had to read what âHavenly Homeâ is about. maybe this picture can be used on the about us page, here on the home page, a product-specific pic might help.
i felt you could add more content on your home page. this can include but isnât limited to, FAQs, testimonials, how many countries you server across, etc.
coming to your product page, i found that images are slightly blurry. case in point, âGold modern geometric 3D Wall art.â it can turn away shoppers as that looks unprofessional.
i felt too many product images have been added. and many of them are repetitive and look forced. maybe you can reduce the number of images and clear the layout and free up some space on the page. for eg, in the screenshot below, if you can see that all three images highlight the same thing, just with different backgrounds. so, maybe retain one of them, and remove the other ones.
instead of using phrases like âDesign Excellenceâ or âPerfect Placementâ go with terms like âFeaturesâ, âBenefitsâ, etc. that will make it much easier for a shopper to understand your products better.
add faqs on product pages too. answer the most common questions that a shopper might have. that will help them make purchasing decisions with confidence.
these are some points i noticed where you can improve. i would say please check shopifyâs blogs on best store and product page designs. you will get insights from those guides that you can implement for your business.
Reaching nearly 700 sessions is a strong start, and it shows people are finding your store. Now the focus just needs to shift from traffic to conversion, and there are a few areas where you can make that jump.
Consistent image sizing makes a big difference in how professional and trustworthy your store looks. When images vary in dimension, it can create a sense of imbalance on the product grid and distract customers. Iâd recommend keeping all product photos in the same aspect ratio. It gives your site a cleaner, more cohesive feel, like a well-merchandised storefront.
About the cart experience, having a slider (drawer) cart instead of a pop-up is a great idea. A sliding cart feels smoother and keeps the customer on the same page, reducing friction. You can use that space to upsell or cross-sell complementary products, like suggesting a âphoto wall setâ when someone adds a mirror to their cart. Itâs subtle but effective. Adding a progress bar for free shipping is another smart move, people love to âcompleteâ goals, and that visual cue often nudges them to add just one more item.
Too many separate apps can slow your store down and eat into your budget. Using an all-in-one app like iCart for cart customization can simplify your workflow and keep performance smooth.
Lastly, SEO is where you can really build long-term momentum. Make sure each product page has a clear, keyword-rich title and meta description. Add alt text to your images, and work on building some blog content or guides around your niche, not just for ranking, but also for authority and trust.
I would change the domain. There are lots of options here. .net, .shop, etc. And you can hyphenate. Heavenly-Home.com Having 2 yâs just seems like a misspelling.
First off, your store looks really elegant and minimal â it perfectly fits your brand message, âWhere Every Space Feels Like Home.â That warm, cozy vibe is exactly what home-decor shoppers love!
Here are a few tips that might help you convert those 700+ visits into your first few sales:
Add Lifestyle Product Photos
Show your items in real home setups (tables, shelves, walls). It helps shoppers imagine them in their own spaces.
Highlight Brand Story & Value
Include a âWhy Choose HavenlyHome?â or âOur Storyâ block on the homepage to build connection and trust.
Optimize for Mobile
Double-check how your site looks on phones â make sure all CTAs like âShop Nowâ and âAdd to Cartâ are visible and quick to tap.
Add Reviews or Social Proof
Even a few real or sample testimonials can boost buyer confidence dramatically.
Offer a Small Incentive
A â10% Off First Orderâ popup or free shipping banner can push first-time buyers over the line.
Leverage Social Media Traffic
Pinterest and Instagram are gold for decor stores â short videos or before/after setups drive real engagement.
Your brand and design are already in great shape â just a few adjustments like these can help turn traffic into conversions
