Hello, I need help fixing a mess that some Upwork coder made to my website.
I asked her to change the Website and collection image text to “Impact” text. However, when she changed it, it only showed consistently as Impact on the desktop view and when I checked iPhone and Android browsers and the collection texts show 2 completely different texts, NEITHER of which are Impact. She also left me with an HTML error code and blamed everything on Shopify. Yea she was amazing huh.

Can anyone please help me fix her mess and make Impact text consistent and show correctly on Mobile? My website is www.beastylenyc.com.

“The Impact font is not available by default on iOS and Android devices and it will be substituted by browsers on these devices as it is a licensed font from Microsoft. The way to “overcome” this would be to find similar font and use it as a substitute for mobile devices.”

I’ll add that you should be able to set Impact as your default font in your css file so that it still shows up on the browsers that support it followed by some fall-back fonts for browsers that do not support Impact.
Aha! That makes sense.
With that said, is there a site where I can choose texts to use that are available on Phone browsers?
Nervemind, looked more in to that link you shared and found an alternative to Impact called “Anton” which looks good. Can you please tell me how to change the text on my collection images and website to this font?
