Hi! Have you tried adding popups with a certain incentive (a limited time discount for example)? Also, are customers adding to their cart and not completing the sale? If you have a cart abandonment issue that’s a totally different issue. I’d recommend adding several marketing touchpoints throughout the website that would motivate them to complete their sale.
