website won't show related products on product page

Hi community,

My website won’t show related products on my product page, while I have turned this option on in my theme.

Does someone know why this could be and how I can get this to work?

I have the prestige theme

Can’t say anything without checking the store backend.

btw once check the theme manual maybe you will find something there or try to reach theme support.
