Hi, I have a weird Anchor behavior on Desktop.

I set each of my header with an anchor, if we click on Service or other with an anchor, it will send to the exact section but lock the scrolling button on mouse ( basically cannot scroll up or down).
If we click again to another section with an anchor it will send you to that exact section but now the scroll is unlocked so we can scroll up and down, and it will go on and on.

The only title without an anchor is HOMEPAGE so no need to check it.
Please help me with that bug.
