We’re experiencing some weird things in our store. A month ago we found multiple products whose names had been changed. None of our team did it, and the format of the changed product names were different from our usual format so it was obviously not some copy-and-paste error. Like, a “Black Slim Chino” product title may have been changed to “white relaxed sweater”. There were almost ten of these by the time we finally realized it wasn’t a teammate’s one-off error, so we had everyone change passwords and add two-factor authentication.
To my surprise, yesterday I saw this same issue again! A “Grey Jacket” had become “STRIPED DRESS”.
Is our store still at risk? Or is there some other explanation like an app going haywire? What should be our next steps?
