Hi,
I recently received an email from this email: shopifyoperationcenter@gmail.com. This is what they said:
Dear Merchant,
We have yet to observe any resolution or progress on the pending issues affecting your store. Despite previous communications, no corrective actions have been implemented, and collaboration with the assigned expert remains pending.
Kindly note that failure to address these concerns within the next 12 hours will result in the suspension of your store access. Immediate action is required to prevent any disruption to your operations.

I’m not sure what to think of this. It’s kinda worrying and I hope someone can clarify this for me.
