Hi,
I have set up free shipping on my store for domestic customers (Ireland) at €125 and €150 for European customers.
I have a first time purchase discount of 10% set up.
A domestic customer spent €125, using the 10% discount code in the process.
However they were then charged the shipping fee of €7.95 also.
My intention is that you can combine the first time purchase discount with free shipping but I can’t see how you can do this.
I have replicate the check out myself and it is giving me the same issue. Instead of the total being €112.50 it is €120.45. There is no option for Free shipping when the 10% discount is in play.
I would greatly appreciate some assistance.
