How can we tell if our new subscribers are getting their welcome email? It shows reach is 0 and that the emails haven’t generated any sales etc. So I am assuming people just aren’t getting the emails? I just use the general shopify email app and I get how to make the automated emails and set them up but past that it doesn’t really seem to give me much info or let me send out emails myself?
