Hi everyone,
We are looking to introduce a welcome mail for people that create an accound, subscribe to newsletter or make their first order.
In this welcome mail, they will get a Code of -x% for the next order.
I would like to use Shopify Flow for that and I am asking myself if the flow i made hereby is what is needed?
Does ‘customer subscribed to email marketing’ also includes new accounts?

The ‘customer subscribed to email marketing’ trigger will only activate if the customer opts into marketing emails. Creating an account alone won’t trigger the flow unless they subscribe. You may need to combine triggers and conditions for account creation and email subscription to ensure the welcome email is sent.
