We've temporarily locked your account and cards as part of a security check | Shopify balance

Im getting this message when trying to transfer funds out of my shopify balance account to my bank account. Its been 2 weeks and still no help. I’ve opened up multiple support tickets and they say they’ll email me but never do.

Any update with this? I’m experiencing the same thing right now. It’s honestly quite ridiculous and there’s no live phone support to get this issue resolved.

Nope, same issue persisting. I made a reddit post on r/shopify and some people said its expected. here
