I have a problem with Shopify payments. I have to submit some documents to confirm my address, but I do not have any bills or other documents linked with the address and my name. I only have the registration document of the company that’s linked to my name and address. Is there any other option for documents to submit, or does it have to be a bill?

Have you already tried submitting that registration document that you mentioned? It might be suitable here!
If this did not work, the documents that you can submit also depend on the country that you’re based in, so you may have some options other than a utility bill. Could you please get in touch with us here so we can take a closer look at your account and see what your options are?
