I see a long list of credit card processors in the Add a Payment dashboard but many cannot be used in the USA United States. Other than Stripe, what providers are available in the USA?

May I ask which payment gateways you’re seeing in the dashboard that cannot be used within the United States? Are you having trouble activating payment gateways for that region?
In addition to this, you can also enable Shopify payments for your store. Shopify Payments gives a great checkout experience for your customers, and offers them the ability to pay by credit card, use Google and Apple Pay. I must admit that it is strange that those payment providers Chase and Sage are not appearing for you in the payment providers list. I did test this out and changed my store’s location to the USA, and I can confirm that Chase and Sage show for me. The only other explanation I can think of is if you have been rejected by those providers in the past or are using a VPN.
Have you received any emails regarding payment gateways from the providers? Did you receive any indication that these gateways (Chase and Sage) may not support your product or store?
