I am looking for an app that works seamlessly with order fulfilment. I am wanting to create a letter to each customer that is automatically printed so that it can get shipped out with the order.
All the apps I see are for invoices etc which are too formal for me.
I want a more personalized experience so tat the letter template automatically drops in the customer name etc.
I’m fed up of managing a separate database in Word. lol

You can try Order Printer: PDF Invoice. This app offers many variables so you can customize the template in your own way. You can add Customer name variable and print invoices in bulk.
@BlueBreaksLLC If i understand correctly you would like an app that automates the process of creating a templatised letter that personalises based on customer name and/or products in their order ? If this is something you are looking for, then you can speak to Konigle , there automation app can help you automate this.
You do understand correctly. I went through the Konigle app you suggested but can not find that feature or option.
@BlueBreaksLLC Have you tried reaching out to them at the Konigle website ? I am positive there automation framework can do this.
