What app can help retain customers with offers before cancellation?

Hello,

I have a subscription-based business and I am looking for an app that allows me to offer discounts or make special offers to customers right when they try to cancel their subscription (instead of just letting them cancel and only sending them a cancellation confirmation email). Any app recommendations?

That sounds really interesting, I’m a professional software engineer so if you don’t find an app I would be really keen on building this.

Also, how is the subscription being managed atm, is it via another app?
