I am in need of a app that allows you to Manage Multiple Suppliers Automatic Product Data (on excel sheets) & Inventory Delivery Multiple Times Per Day.
I am currently using E Product plug but they are not performing so I need a replacement, fast. I have had to make numerous refunds due to products not being up to date.

ez-exporter or matrixify are the go too’s for handling CSV or excel sheets.
If you need to parse and transform spreadsheet CSV outside of excel the usemechanic app can be script to specific business logic fetching things either from shopify or FTP.

Hope that you have already found a solution for this. If not, then you sure can look into using Matrixify app to import data from your suppliers. I would even suggest using Google Sheets with formulas to convert supplier files to our template automatically, thus also allowing you to customize it, of course within your Excel knowledge.
