What app is this site using to

  1. Find users current location even without the user inputting the location (is it based on IP)

  2. What app is being used calulate shipment arrival date

This looks like a custom code.

They use the Flexible pricing for the most accurate IP data | IPinfo.io for geolocation, the tier required to get city data is at least $49/month.
