If you’re based in Morocco, you’ll likely have to use a gateway available to merchants based there and will not be able to create a US-based account. You are free to check with the gateways directly but most will require a proof of residency in the United States, a US-based bank account, and sometimes a Social Security Number.
With this is mind, you can find the list of payment gateways available to merchants in Morocco here. You’ll want to speak with them directly and ask about selling your products using their services and if it is permitted.
