What are some beginner tips for ecommerce site design?

i am new here and am going to launch a new ecommerce site. I need some help initially to get started. Themes, colors, can i add my own background etc… its in the transportation industry. it would be good to find out from several shopify site builders.

If you need assistance from a Shopify-site builder to help you get started in building your store, you can hire a Shopify Expert from our Expert Marketplaces here. To contact an Expert, you can use one of the following methods listed below:

  1. Browse services: You can start by browsing all the available services that our Shopify Experts offer within the Marketplaces website. If you find an expert that you would like to work with, you can contact them to chat further about your specific needs.

  2. Create a job: You can also create a job directly from within your Shopify admin by clicking on your username on the top right hand corner of your admin, then selecting the Hire a Shopify Expert option, as seen on the image below. Creating a job will allow you to select the service that your store needs, and get you matched with an expert that is best suited to your needs. After your job is created, the job details are sent to up to 6 different experts, and those that are interested in your job can then contact you.
