What are the benefits of using Shopify Flow?

Hi,

I recently learned about Shopify Flow from Shopify Editions Winter 2024 release. I haven’t used it. However, the concept of automations sounds interesting and I am thinking of giving it a try. I am curious, what are the benefits of using Shopify Flow?

Shopify Workflow is best when you have to automate a wide range of tasks, reducing manual work and allowing you to focus on strategic growth.
For Example

Automation of Repetitive Tasks,

Automate routine tasks such as tagging orders, updating inventory, sending notifications, and more like.

Order Management-Automatically tag high-value orders for special handling.

Customer Management-Tag and segment customers based on purchase behavior.

Marketing and Promotions-Send personalized thank-you emails or offers to repeat customers.

Inventory Management-Automatically update inventory levels across multiple sales channels.
