Hi there, I was wondering if you has recommendations for apps you’ve used for refunds. As of now I’m in no position to offer returns, so if the apps was focused on refunds or allowed me to use the app only for refunds it would be wonderful.
Make sure it’s free and doesn’t have the usual cap of 10 refunds a month of something like that.
If possible, one that allowed me to not only automate refunds, but also provide multiple options like discount code, store credit, etc…
I know it’s a lot of criteria to meet, but if you have please help me, thank you in advanced!

Have you checked out Shopify’s built‑in refund system? It lets you do refunds, issue store credit, and send discount codes without needing a separate app, and it’s free with your plan.
For more automation later (rules, customer options, etc.), there are apps, but for basic refunds/store credit/discount codes the native Shopify refund flow often covers it without extra cost.
