As far as I know, oberlo was acquired by shopfiy and only integrated with shopfiy. And the purchased products are all from AliExpress. But they have a very good function that can edit products in batches and can automatically update product inventory and prices.
In contrast, DSers not only integrates with shopfiy but also integrates with WooCommerce, which means you have more choices. Generally speaking, the price should be cheaper than using oberlo. But they also have a disadvantage that they cannot modify products in batches.
I personally think that oberlo is a very worry-free choice for novices who are just starting to do dropshipping, but it also needs to increase some usage costs accordingly. But if you are an experienced person and you want to expand your dropshipping business, only using oberlo development will be limited.
