What are your opinions on the POS and Shop app features?

Hey Shopify merchants, what are your opinions on the Shopify POS and/or Shop app?

What features do you wish they had, or are there any problems you frequently encounter while using them?

In case you didn’t know, Shopify recently announced POS UI extensions, as well as Shop Minis, which make it possible to customize and extend both of these sales channels.

Haven’t used it yet (migrating to something from Quickbooks POS) but a big hesitation has been because of the lack of a REAL store credit function that does not use gift cards. Unless that has changed since I looked at it last.
