This is a great question that Heliflights is asking. Instagram has a series of apps they use for booking services/appointments. My goal is to use a booking app that both Shopify and Instagram supports, keeping every record on Shopify, meaning no third party POS and no check out within anything other than Shopify. The Instagram booking app like Acuity Scheduling for example, many people love the app but the client books and checks out/pays within the Acuity Scheduling app. So then there needs to be a manual accounting to transfer this data since it’s no longer managed in Shopify. Is there an app that Shopify supports within Instagram that can do all of this?
