I seem to run into unique issues in the neverending saga of trying to make my store more user-friendly.
I need a bundler app that has unlimited sku’s (or at least 100) and, for the solution I’m thinking of, it will not be used to offer a discount.
A quick overview of my situation…I own a needlework shop. There are tons and tons of little items when put together, make up the components for a stitching project. For instance, one vendor offers a cross stitch pattern that requires 20 skeins of embroidery floss from 3 different (other) vendors. A pattern might call for 5 skeins of floss another may call for 86 skeins of floss. For my customer’s convenience, I would like to bundle the floss into ‘floss packs’ where it would show up on the front side as ONE product but on the back end, automatically track my inventory, which I cannot currently do. Right now, every time I sell a ‘pack’ I have to manually go in and reduce the inventory by the amounts sold PLUS I’ve created an inventory item that really doesn’t exist, if that makes sense?
Is there an app that exists or that can be modified that would work for me? I am on a pretty tight budget so an app that would strictly limit the number of products I could bundle or charge a lot of money for the privilege would not work for me because if I made a pack for every single cross stitch pattern in my inventory it could eventually lead to literally 1000’s of floss packs. I am willing to invest IF I know in advance that it’s something that will work.
I have downloaded and deleted several apps because I think I get confused or intimidated by the upsell/cross-sell features in these apps since it’s not THE solution to the problem I’m having. However, I would more than likely utilize that feature eventually but right now it’s not my main goal.
I hope all of this makes sense and I appreciate any help or advice anyone may have.

Hi @CrossedHearts
This is Jun from Bundle Kit.
Our app is able to meet your needs as it is primarily a bundle inventory management system so it will also be able to track the SKUs for variants of each product.
The bundle inventory is automatically set based on the available inventories of the bundle item(s), including the inventories of the variants. Proper quantity will also be taken out of the inventory of each bundle that is being purchased.
You can create bundles using our app. We have step-by-step instructions here: https://help.bundlekit.io/creating-a-multi-pack-bundle
Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for reaching out to me and letting me know about your app. A few months ago, I downloaded this app because it seemed like the perfect solution and exactly what I was looking for but I was not comfortable proceeding because I didn’t quite understand the pricing tier and interpreted as possibly being a wildly variable expense when I needed a more definitive definition of what I could expect to spend from month to month.
Thankfully, I found you again…or I should say you found me. My heart sank a little when I clicked on the link because I recognized it right away BUT to my delight, I saw that the pricing tiers were now more clearly defined and this is something I could definitely integrate into my budget. I’m so glad I decided to post my request here (almost as a last resort), and am very excited to get started with this app. THANK YOU!

Hi @CrossedHearts
Simple Bundles can certainly help you meet your bundle needs. With our mix-and-match bundle setup, you can create a bundle using variants within Shopify’s 100 variant limit. To begin, you can create a basic product on Shopify and then assign your pre-packaged bundles in Simple Bundles.
Alternatively, you may be interested in exploring our infinite options bundle type, which accepts line item properties. This allows customers to select specific bundle options without relying on variants on the bundle, thereby avoiding Shopify’s 100-variant limit. With this bundle type, you can simply add the products directly to the bundle, and add an unlimited number of bundle options without the need for variants.
With Simple Bundles, the inventory of the parent bundle is automatically adjusted based on the items included. Our app ensures that the available content inventory is taken into account, and adjusts the inventory of the parent bundle accordingly, ensuring that the number of items sold is appropriate.
Hope this is useful for you! Thanks and please reach out if you have more questions or need more help!
This is very good app but its price is extremally high. here is example,
"
The maximum total that you could be charged for any given subscription month is $139.99 USD (for 2001+ orders / month).
"
https://help.bundlekit.io/understanding-how-the-app-charges-work
You are going to charge $139.99 in case of store is getting 2001+ orders. These orders are not of bundle orders these are normal orders. Means you are going to take share from existing sale instead of based upon sale generated by your app.
Its illlogical for me.
