My shopify account get inactive while i was buying shopify plan to make it live. I cannot see any live chat option. I mailed shopify support and no response yet after passing 6 days. How can i resolve this issue can anyone help?

You may have received an email from our team regarding your store (make sure to check your spam and promotions folders), but if you haven’t, you can reach out to our live support team through the Help Center. We’re available via live chat, email, and callback. You can follow these steps to create a support ticket:
- Head over to this link: Contact Shopify Support · Shopify Help Center
- Log in (recommended) or Continue without logging in
- Use the Search Bar to look into your current issue, such as “Issue with theme” or “Request callback”
- Scroll down to where it says Get support and click Continue
- Choose one of the available support options
Once you’re connected with a Support Advisor, you can explain your situation and they will look into your account for you.

I tried a lot , but it’s not showing and live chat option. I contacted shopify support by Email, But not getting any response. Now one week passed.

And when you sent an email, did you receive an auto-response with a ticket number? Additionally, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies and/or trying an incognito window and following the steps above to see if you can connect to our live chat.
