They are using Zendesk Chat widget app.

I was able to use the inspect tool on my browser to identify the app, and it looks like they’re using Zendesk as suggested by @Taknify . If you need to get help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to the developer using the contact information found at the bottom of their app’s page.
