I was in conversation with a customer while they were trying to purchase an item and paying with crypto - I had recently set up Coinbase Commerce - they told me they did the transfer to USDC through the coinbase commerce checkout, but couldn’t finalize the order - receiving an error that says “There was an issue processing your payement. Try again or use a different payment method.”
I wasn’t sure what the issue was as I have never really tried or tested this checkout method. Is there any way of telling what went wrong?

Been having the same issue for a month or so now. Doesn’t matter the computer, the network, or the browser.
